By accessing and using SecureImg, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

SecureImg provides an image conversion tool. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to convert and use the images you process. We are not liable for any copyright infringements committed by users.

3. Pro Plan & Payments

The Pro Plan is a one-time payment (or subscription, as applicable) that grants access to unlimited batch conversions and priority features. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
